What's Not Covered

Like any warranty, there are exclusions. Here's a plain-English summary of what the warranty doesn't cover.

Routine maintenance — oil changes, spark plugs, filters, belts, hoses, brake pads
Damage from accidents, floods, abuse, or negligence
Vehicles used for commercial, rental, or delivery purposes
Parts modified or added after purchase
Breakdown caused by failure to maintain the vehicle properly
Repairs performed by an unlicensed repair facility
Towing costs
Repairs made outside the contiguous United States
Parts within allowable wear tolerances (normal wear)
Damage caused by a non-covered part failing

Keep up with maintenance. To keep your warranty valid, follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule and keep your service records. In the event of a claim, we may ask to see them.

Call Us First

Before any repairs start, call EZ AUTO at (863) 940-9675. Authorization is required prior to all warranty repairs — this protects you and ensures coverage is confirmed.

Bring It In (Within 50 Miles)

If you're within 50 miles of our lot at 1612 W. Memorial Blvd, Lakeland FL, bring the vehicle to us. We'll handle the diagnosis and repairs at our shop.

Outside 50 Miles? Use Any Licensed Shop

Before any work begins, get a written estimate from the shop and call us at (863) 940-9675 for approval. We'll review the quote and authorize a fair repair amount. Once approved, payment goes directly to the shop — you pay only the $100 deductible.

Pay Only the $100 Deductible

Once the covered repair is completed and authorized, you pay your $100 deductible. We cover 100% of parts and labor costs beyond that.
